Emergency call on Good Friday due to a water pipe leak. 20 minutes after the call from the administration, Mr. Aggeler, dressed in work clothes and equipped with tools, arrived at our apartment in Altendorf. After a brief inspection, the caretaker was called to shut off the main water supply. The problem was professionally repaired in a very short time. I would like to thank Mr. Aggeler for his efforts and his very friendly service.
I had a water leak. Even though it was a Saturday, Mr. Aggeler arrived bright and early and repaired it in no time. I would highly recommend this company.

If you have warranty claims or poor service issues, you've come to the right place. It's amazing how such a company can be called. After replacing the cartridge less than six months ago, a warranty replacement was refused. Various objections, insinuations (whether it's really what they installed), and claims (the wrong cleaning agent) are intended to prevent the replacement. Mr. Kno... suggested putting the cartridge in the mailbox; I should replace it myself, as it's not worth it for him. Rude and unfriendly to customers. He hasn't been in touch since.
Highly competent advice. Mr. Holdener is an expert, and the company is reliable; you're not just an "ordinary" customer. I would use their services again anytime!
