I gladly give 5 stars for the completed PV installation project. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Following this, I wanted to award the company another contract for a smaller PV system. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be lucrative enough. I've been waiting for a quote for a year and have repeatedly received written assurances that I would receive a response. Despite repeated inquiries, I've received no reply. The phone isn't being answered. However, new PV systems are installed immediately for new customers I refer. A written report of a system malfunction has been ignored, even though it's covered by a warranty. The values and customer promises advertised on their website are clearly not being put into practice.
