"CANCELLED" The machine almost never works. "Transaction cancelled" is the only thing this thing is actually capable of. The company's telephone support is unfriendly and completely unhelpful; they simply refer you to the machine's operator.
The plant is currently out of service more often than it is in operation.
Unfortunately, your machines aren't working as they should. The coffee is okay, but sometimes payments aren't processed or accepted, the main screen isn't operable, there's no change given, or no cup comes out. These problems have been occurring too often and for too long. Your service is okay, but unfortunately, it doesn't help much, as the machines still have the same problems. It's a real shame! You've definitely lost me as a customer. I won't drink any more coffee or anything else from you, and I won't recommend it to anyone.
Coffee, vending machine, service—everything was disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it.
The ATM in front of my house is a mess, covered in cobwebs and filthy. Plus, it never works. I've been there at least five times and it still doesn't work! Absolutely unacceptable!
Very poor service, communication, and maintenance. Waiting times of up to 2-3 months for the simplest things. Our company will probably look for another provider.
