Unfortunately, some incompetent or dishonest employees are hired and even paid with taxpayers' money. I was told they had contacted me several times by phone, but the problem is, I have a phone system and can prove otherwise. They also claimed they couldn't find my email. I pointed out that the company has a Google listing and everything can be found in seconds. To which Ms. H. replied, "Yes, we did that and found nothing." Please choose for yourselves: incompetence or dishonesty. This is going to cost me an extra 100 francs. Whatever, I could just charge my electric car at an accessible outlet at the town hall until I've recouped the costs. They can do and say whatever they want; they're clearly in control, but humanity and empathy are foreign concepts to them. And anyone who is a foreigner is always at a disadvantage, even if they deny it; unfortunately, it's ingrained in many people. And sure, it's my fault, but not the lack of empathy of public employees. I wish you all a nice day, including you, Ms. H.
