The treberwurst (sausage) with warm potato salad and house wine was excellent, and the fresh bread from Theo's bakery was perfect. A delicious dessert, coffee, and brandy rounded off the meal. Many thanks to Florida, Theo, Maja, and Manuel – a wonderful occasion!

A very cozy Treberwurst (sausage made with spent grain) restaurant in the heart of the beautiful wine village of Twann. The service was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Maja and Manuel answered all our questions about the wine, the Treberwurst, and the restaurant expertly. They are very interesting people. The Treberwurst, the warm potato salad, and their own house wine were simply divine. The bread, baked in Theo's own bakery, tastes absolutely delicious. A small, charming, and cozy restaurant. The service is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The Treberwurst (a type of sausage), the warm potato salad, and their own house wine are absolutely delicious. Highly recommended.
