We worked with Rainer Rapp AG during the construction of our restaurant and had a really great experience. The team was fast, efficient, and very solution-oriented — you can really feel their hands-on experience. When some of our equipment failed (and wasn’t even supplied by them), they still helped us find a solid Plan B and even fixed things they absolutely didn’t have to. They also jumped in last minute with equipment to help us move appliances when we were clearly not as prepared as we thought 😅 Special shout-out to Linda. Communication in both German and English was excellent and made everything super smooth, especially when no German speaker from our side was around. 10/10 would recommend. We’re definitely looking forward to continuing to work with the team.
Avoid This Company: Poor Quality, Zero Punctuality Our experience with this company was terrible. We hired them, despite their high price, based on the belief that a well-established company with significant experience would deliver justified quality. We were severely mistaken. Punctuality was Irresponsible. The company's handling of appointments was unprofessional and irresponsible: 1. First Appointment: The technician was significantly late without sending any prior notice, forcing me to call the office to confirm if they were coming at all. 2. Second Appointment: The technician showed up three days before the actual scheduled time, arriving while we were in the middle of other painting work. Quality was Miserable. The job, which was expected to be completed in one appointment, ended up being miserably done even after a second attempt. The quality of the final work did not even remotely justify the high price we paid. When we raised our concerns, the response from the owner was dismissive, essentially stating they did the "best they could." This lack of accountability and acknowledgement of the failures confirms the company’s poor standards. This was the last time we will ever use their services. We cannot recommend them to anyone.
Top quality & perfect service! I'm absolutely thrilled! The built-in rain shower in the sauna and the faucet connections were installed with exceptional cleanliness, professionalism, and expertise. Everything works perfectly and is of the highest quality. I'd especially like to commend the friendly, family-run business – you immediately feel well taken care of. They are very reliable, helpful, and solution-oriented. This is exactly the kind of tradesperson you want! Highly recommended – fantastic, friendly, and competent. The consultation for the new bathroom was excellent, the planning efficient, and the execution flawless. A thoroughly positive result at a reasonable price. Rexhep Ismajli is a real go-getter. It's wonderful that there are still such skilled tradespeople around. The down-to-earth young owner, Linda Rapp, is also extremely personable. I probably won't need a new bathroom in my lifetime. But if I do, I'll gladly return to Rainer Rapp AG. Verdict: Spotless!
