Salt Store Uster — Bankstrasse 9, 8610 Uster, Switzerland

Went to the Salt store in Uster around 11 AM on April 14, 2025, to buy AirPods. The only staff member there refused to even show me the AirPods box. When I said I’d go to MediaMarkt instead, she just said, “Yes, we do not show.” No help, no effort. I left and bought them at MediaMarkt. Very disappointing experience. Staff have always been helpful and service was fine. but I am trying to cancel my contract now because I have deregistered and left Switzerland. I have been repeatedly told in person when signing up and on the phone (recorded calls!) that there is no termination fee in this case. But now Salt stipulates that deregistration is not one of the circumstances for waiving the termination fee and want to charge me 99chf. This is not written in the contract so Salt are not abiding by their own terms and making up this point. All promises to get you to sign and then fail to deliver

Excellent, was worried as so many bad reviews at Zurich HB store. Last minute decided to try Uster store, the gentlemen is so efficient and friendly when ask if can speak English, no drama at all. less than 5 mins I am set up for prepaid card and when ask if speak English Recommended to use this store for sure.

On several occasions, I was block with the adjustments of my phone. So, I went to the Salt store in Uster and was helped several times by Linda Marty. She is kind and patient as well as higly knowledgabe. She helped me many times. Thanks Linda, you helped me a lot and solved my issues (for me frustrating problems) in a good way. The man in the background, Rasmin Fazlijia is also supportive and accepts questions regarding my phone and my Salt account. Thanks again! Your help is very apprechiated!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately probably the worst product on earth. Salt promises the world to you, can't hold the least of it. Very difficult situation for the staff. Trying to sell fiber products when not having a fiber connection in the store. Therefore, they can't even show their own products. Very small store. Awful lousy products.
