Hello everyone, Yesterday I was at the Salt store in the Oberländer Markt in Wetzikon to get a mobile phone contract. Mr. Kronberger gave me excellent advice on choosing my mobile phone contract. He took plenty of time to understand my needs and answer all my questions. His competent and friendly manner made the whole experience extremely pleasant. I am very satisfied with his advice and the service. Thank you!
Absolutely disappointing customer service. New customers receive significantly better offers than existing customers. Appreciation for loyal customers doesn't seem to play a role here. Absolutely not recommended.
...depends on who's in the store, it shouldn't really be that way. First, a great employee advised me what to do. After that, I got everything done and returned to the store a few days later. The exact opposite happened. They couldn't even forward a power of attorney with ID copies. I'm still trying to solve the problem today, after almost four weeks. Unprofessional!
According to the store's opening hours, it was supposed to be open on Monday from 9:00 a.m. We arrived after 10:00 a.m. and found the door locked.
The staff are very helpful, competent, and patient in answering customer questions. I felt well taken care of as a customer. Thank you.
