We've called Norm & Mass twice now and had them come out for two different problems. Both times we were extremely satisfied. The technicians arrived very quickly each time and the problem was resolved in no time. We'd gladly use them again.
I had a problem with the balcony door, which wouldn't close. I then called Norm + Mass because it was uncomfortably cold in the living room. At first, the woman on the phone wanted to schedule an appointment for a week later because she couldn't send a technician to our apartment, as they were all booked up. Finally, the owner himself came by spontaneously that same day and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Now that's what I call customer service!
Even after 12 years, everything is still in perfect condition, just like when it was installed. Thanks again to the whole team.
