I tried the wholemeal and white flour from the Landshut mill. Both flours are very high quality, finely ground, and have a really good leavening power. For 24-hour bread, very little yeast is needed. Thanks to the staff's tips, my bread is turning out even better! I'm looking forward to trying out more flour varieties.
