I am writing to file a complaint regarding the conduct of a foreman at the Giessen site in Wädenswil. This foreman has repeatedly behaved in an unfriendly, disrespectful, and inappropriate manner towards other workers. Particularly concerning are the racist remarks he made during our conversation. Such behavior is not only disrespectful but also completely unacceptable in a professional work environment. I urge you to seriously investigate this incident and take appropriate measures to ensure that all employees on the construction site are treated with respect and equality.
