Ms. Bachmann from Vermoplan AG deserves one star. I applied for a 3.5-room apartment. I had to call several times to get a callback. When I called back, I was practically met with a rejection right from the start. I couldn't even finish my sentence without being interrupted and told that a 3.5-room apartment is too big for three people. Who the other two people were is irrelevant to Ms. Bachmann's computer-generated version. Sense of power: Level 100 completed. Hopefully, you'll soon be replaced by an app.

I will avoid Vermoplan AG and its affiliated companies in the future. Their business structure appears questionable, particularly regarding the account balancing in favor of Mmv Immobilien AG via LLB Switzerland | Uznach and the high costs for simple services like replacing a key cylinder. It seems there are better and more ethical property management companies on the market. I recommend more professional and transparent communication from Vermoplan AG.
