I discussed two orders. The first was for brochures, which were printed very quickly—however, the pages were crooked and didn't line up properly, so I had to trim them myself. The print quality also left much to be desired for an art project. Furthermore, the paper fibers are already breaking on the brochure—the material probably wasn't scored, which would have been appropriate for this paper thickness to prevent this. I still haven't received a response to the second order; I haven't been able to reach anyone by email or phone.

I was there on the afternoon of February 10, 2022, during opening hours. The sign was outside, but the door was closed. There was no response to ringing the bell or calling, and I waited for a good 10 minutes. Edit: Thank you for your prompt reply. Yes, I understand. I would have appreciated a sign on the door saying "Be right back." That would have saved me the hassle and the trip.
