Very unfriendly staff! We were neither greeted nor said goodbye, even though we came in with a stroller and were obviously customers. The employees seemed annoyed and disinterested. I've never experienced anything like that in the service sector. Especially in sales, friendliness should be a given. A truly disappointing experience. Very disappointing, and we can't support this any longer.

Sorry, but this needs to be said: I called five weeks ago because I'm retired and no longer need my bank suits. The answer I got was: They're not selling well, what were my expectations? I said: Don't throw them away! So bring them in, but don't expect more than 10-20 francs. We have fixed appointments for accepting them, the next available one is in five weeks at 3 p.m. So I went there and was back out after 30 seconds. "We don't accept 'standard' men's suits." They could have just said that on the phone.
