We had been customers for over 20 years, which made the final experience all the more disappointing. A 60-month contract term is, in our opinion, anything but customer-friendly. After cancellation, communication was practically nonexistent. We received no clear information regarding the return of the very heavy franking machine and had to inquire repeatedly. Instead of a standard pickup or a transport container, we had to find a suitable box ourselves. Despite repeated requests, we received no assistance regarding the remaining credit on the machine. On the phone, we were simply given the runaround. Very poor service; definitely not recommended.
Unreputable Company – Clear Warning My experience with this company is unacceptable and raises serious doubts about its legitimacy. Their sole interest seems to be closing the deal; after that, the customer is consistently ignored. Before the purchase, the salesperson was extremely persuasive, but immediately after the sale, they shirked all responsibility. Customer service is practically nonexistent: no one answers the phone, and emails go unanswered. Most seriously, the contractually guaranteed automatic delivery of printer cartridges has not occurred, despite the existing agreement. This constitutes a clear breach of contract. Under these circumstances, I can only strongly advise against doing business with this company. We will never buy anything from Quadient again!!!!
Stay away from this place!!! In April 2023, we returned the franking machine and a new cartridge. The credit for the cartridge covered the outstanding rent. Two years later, we suddenly received a payment reminder. No one seems to know anything about the returned cartridge. Now it's the end of October, and my email inquiries only receive impersonal, unhelpful replies. When I call, I'm given the runaround. No one in this mess feels responsible or has the necessary expertise. Pathetic.
The envelope-stacker is broken; a callback was promised. Even two weeks after the breakdown, nothing has happened. I would have expected a callback the same day, and the repair that same week.
Without a doubt, the most incompetent customer service I've ever had the misfortune to contact in my entire professional career... and it's been a loooong one!!! Avoid at all costs!!
