The woman is unpleasant! This is my second time back, and her customer service is terrible. The first time, I came to print some resumes, and she looked at me with a bitter expression, as if I'd done something illegal, and answered me in an abnormal manner. The second time, I came yesterday to get some candles, and the only smile she has is when you enter the store (to greet you). The rest of the attention is very serious and has little desire to answer you, and when she does, it's without any desire. I asked her if she had a plastic bag, and she looked at me seriously for two seconds and said yes, and then she took out a small paper bag and said, "I only have this one." You can see she threw it in the trash, and she hands me the very, very crumpled paper. It was an act of little respect when she herself said she had a plastic bag, but I've already said that her service is terrible. She radiates so much negative energy that I'll never come back just because of her, and it's a shame because she has many things I'd always want to buy, but I'd rather drive and go somewhere else where the service is friendly. Here's how she handed me "the bag":

Even with incorrectly delivered files, Mr. Baumgartner was able to help us out, ensuring we received the cards we wanted – the very next day (without express delivery)!
