No longer my choice. Billing prohibitively high (without advance notice). Almost a week without heating in winter temperatures. No solution-oriented approach, and no contact as agreed. Plus point: Service technician was friendly and competent.
What amazing service! After we reported that the electronics of our rainwater harvesting system were broken, a technician arrived very quickly. He came with a fully equipped service van, so he was able to replace everything right away. The technician handled everything perfectly, and now everything is working flawlessly again. Highly recommended! 😀
A review regarding my business experience: Due to a defective pump (underfloor heating circuit), we contacted P&S Pumpenservice AG at our location in Ennenda. The pump was irreparable and had to be replaced. The defect was explained to us clearly, and the available options were outlined. We opted for an immediate replacement. The replacement was carried out promptly and without any problems. The documentation provided regarding the replacement, installation, and type of new pump was excellent. This technician who was here was by far the friendliest and most organized I've ever seen. Everything had its place and routine, and everything was cleaned and tidied up after use. Thank goodness there aren't any technicians like him anymore!
