When you order things from an online platform, you often don't realize that behind it all is a company with customer-oriented people. And that's what happened to me with Xantron – I was looking for a wall mount for my TV, found it on xantron.ch, ordered it, and received it. Unfortunately, I only noticed when unpacking it that the mount wasn't suitable (my fault). So, feeling rather hopeless, I sent an email to Xantron, and Mr. Kistler promptly got back to me. First, he reassured me with the words, "Don't worry, we'll definitely find a suitable solution." Second, Mr. Kistler went to so much trouble and took so much time until I found a solution that worked perfectly for my specific TV! My conclusion: not all online services are created equal; behind the scenes, there are still so many friendly people who give their all to make customers happy!
