It was a truly disappointing experience with adona ImmoSale. Yesterday, we received the sales documents and immediately called Ms. Näf to confirm the availability of the apartments and informed her that we wanted to reserve the top-floor unit. During our phone call, she confirmed that the apartment was available and that we were the first to inquire about it. Following this call, I sent a confirmation email and requested a meeting. This morning, we received a reply from her stating that she had allocated the apartment to someone else because that person had signed the reservation agreement last night. Her explanation has left us very confused. We feel her actions make her and the company seem untrustworthy. Shouldn't the person who called first and sent the reservation email first receive the reservation confirmation? At least a few days' notice should be possible. Why the rush? We should mention that they do not offer online reservations or provide reservation agreements online. It's impossible to know who received the reservation agreement first if a phone call and email confirmation don't count. This is also about trust and respect. We are very disappointed. We completely accept that others may have reserved the apartment before us and that we missed our chance. However, we find the entire reservation process completely unacceptable in its unfairness and lack of transparency. The current, rapidly growing real estate market has become a seller's market, and sellers are exploiting this situation rather ruthlessly. If the process goes so wrong at the beginning, we wonder what the rest of the process will look like. We find adona ImmoSale's approach disrespectful and untrustworthy.
