Did not open until 30 minutes after displayed opening time and wanted me to pay an 8 CHF fee for 1 A4 page. Staff wasn’t friendly either, do not recommend.

For printing three sheets of paper paid 10 francs! It is very expensive!

I had my business cards and advertising materials printed by Druckclub. They might not be the cheapest, but they keep their promises and take their time, explaining everything down to the smallest detail. That's why it's worth every penny for someone who values quality. All in all, top-notch work!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I needed a printed T-shirt for my son for his first birthday. I had specially ordered a T-shirt for it, one that actually fit him. So I went to the store and it was already closed (11:50 a.m.), so I called the number on the sheet on the door. The call was very friendly and nice. On the phone, I explained everything I needed and what the picture should look like. I said it was very important to me because I needed it for the photos we would be taking on the birthday. I was told I should come by and bring everything because he had run out of film and had to look to see if they had any left. I was also told that the film wasn't that good, so I said it was for one day and it was just a picture of the baby lion. When I entered the store, the atmosphere wasn't exactly as friendly as it had been on the phone. I took out the sheet and explained that I only wanted the picture on it. I then had to send the picture by email because my program on my phone didn't work. So after I sent the email, I thought everything should work out. (The picture was an A4 sheet with the baby lion and the seller's text, since I had specially created the picture.) On the day of pickup, I called specifically to have my mother come by, as I had other pickups to do and the timing wasn't convenient. So my mother went over and said she had to pick up a t-shirt for me. She was asked very rudely, "For who and what exactly!" My mother thought how rude he was, but when she saw the t-shirt, she wondered what it was all about. She sent me a picture, and I just thought, how unprofessional that was. They had copied a picture directly and simply printed it on. I told my mother to go in and explain to him that it had been done incorrectly. My mother received a very rude response, and it was my own fault if I didn't say anything. I showed it on the phone and in person, but if you don't feel like working and don't look at the customer or ask politely, then you can't expect more than that! So I realized that you simply have to put everything in writing with him. Otherwise, they claim that what the customer wanted isn't correct. So, everyone, please put everything in writing, as this was my first and last time in this store. PS: In the picture, you can see exactly what I mean, and there's a line around the baby lion that also shows that it has to be cut out. (I had also said and mentioned this on the phone.) At the bottom, there's text saying, "Thank you for your personalized print." What everyone can see at first glance is that it doesn't belong. But unfortunately, not everyone is that professional. Then there's a hair from an eyelash or an eyebrow in the print itself, which is absolutely disgusting. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the T-shirt and had to go out and buy something else. So, personally, I didn't have a good experience. Oh yeah, that cost me CHF 29, which I'd rather do myself next time. That's my experience and my opinion, and it shouldn't influence anything; everyone should have their own experience. Just because I had a bad experience doesn't mean it will be better next time.

I can highly recommend this company; you can really get anything printed and processed for printing there. And at the best price. I have a small business and get bottles printed there, and I pay a great price, so definitely check them out! Hundreds of stickers at an amazing price.

My experience with the printing club and Mr. Sener has been consistently positive. For my diploma project, where the budget was tight, I received excellent advice, and when I picked up the transparencies, the application process was explained to me in detail. Everything worked out perfectly; I would gladly use their services again. Best regards
