WARNING! One of four tires arrived damaged, and I'm supposed to pay for an expert assessment?! I ordered four new tires from this company through Check24. When they arrived and I started mounting them, I noticed that the third tire had a bulge/high spot right on the edge of the tread. Of course, I only noticed this when I was applying the mounting compound. When I contacted the company and described the problem with pictures, they claimed that I had already mounted the tire and that the defect could have resulted from that. If I send the tire back, an expert will inspect it, and if they rule against me, I could incur costs of €50 plus the price of the new tire. This would also take 6-8 weeks. That's too risky for me. I've now ordered a new tire from Autodoc for €42. We've ordered and mounted hundreds of tires, but we've never experienced such a mess. When I order four tires, I expect all four to be in good condition. NEVER AGAIN MCPNEU!

I ordered tires from this shop, but that was the last time. They arrived damaged, and I've been waiting for my money for two months. The customer support is very unfriendly. The so-called "rider" should learn how to treat his customers better. Definitely not recommended!

Unfortunately, this seller is terrible. Cancellation wasn't possible even though I ordered late in the evening, just one hour after placing the order. Now they're deducting €40 for four tires, even though they were shipped in two packages (€20 would make more sense). Every message from them takes forever to respond. €40 is being deducted from a total of €162. I would recommend ordering from a different seller; this one could cause problems.

I've been a customer of McPneu in Wetzikon for years and have always been extremely satisfied. Appointment scheduling, communication, advice, and the work performed are always excellent – reliable, competent, and customer-focused. Unfortunately, many of the negative reviews here seem to be from a company of the same name in Germany, which is a real shame. McPneu Wetzikon definitely deserves a fair and accurate review for the excellent work they do.

I ordered four tires at €156 each. My order was promptly canceled as unavailable. However, the tires were available again on the website the day after I placed my order, but at a price of almost €170. Thanks, but never again.
