Initially, WoWin made a good impression up until the vehicle pickup and the signing of the consignment agreement. However, over the course of the lengthy sales process, much trust was lost due to unclear communication regarding pricing. First, the vehicle was listed at a higher price than agreed upon, then the price was reduced in two stages until it was at its absolute limit. After the sale, we received an email stating that the accountant had mistakenly paid out the CHF 600 preparation fee, along with an invoice for this amount. Fortunately, we didn't pay it, as we didn't actually receive the sale proceeds until another 10 days later, after numerous phone calls, and of course, without the CHF 600 fee. The various contacts at WoWin kept offering new explanations for why the payment hadn't been made, and it seems the left hand doesn't always know what the right hand is doing in this company. Nevertheless, it's sold...

Of course, now the heater is broken too... and unbelievably, it was advertised as a gas heater... no, it's a diesel heater... another 2000 francs. I feel really sick... now all I need is a refrigerator and a timing belt... P.S. Wowin, you don't even need to call me if you don't intend to compensate me. Purchased on December 5, 2024. I treated the heater like a gas heater, not a diesel heater, because your website stated it was a gas heater. That's why it's broken. You guaranteed me that the timing belt had been replaced; I'm going to have it checked by a garage now, just to be safe.

I bought a van a year ago that broke down on the drive home, requiring a tow. Then, for over six weeks, the damage wasn't repaired, and communication during that time was abysmal. No information, no clear reasons – they didn't know exactly what it was, but it was probably a fault in the control unit? Eventually, they said the car was ready. In the meantime, I took the van to several specialist garages, all of which confirmed that the work had been done very carelessly. Now, a year later, the same problem has occurred – resulting in significant damage. I would never recommend Wowin to anyone.
