I have rarely encountered such an unfriendly person on the phone. If there is no interest in a project, one could politely state this or request further information instead of simply berating the customer on the phone from the outset. Our company has been in business since 1960 and we don't deserve to be treated like schoolchildren. Our competitor, however, was very helpful and provided a quote within 90 minutes.
