Although not an Apple enthusiast, my encounters with staff for hardware of friends has always been pleasurable. The repair shop knows what they're doing (within the constraints of what Apple allows them to do) and will not overcharge (again, within their limits) for problems with your mobile devices and desktop systems. The only downside is that the store itself looks too bland for my tastes, but that's personal preference.

When trying to get a broken pencil for the iPad fixed (under warranty), I get informed that they cannot give me a replacement while I wait for the next 3 to 4 days. Argument: It would not be worth it for them. When I ask about customer need, the same arguments always from shop perspective get repeated. Well, I will do the math from my side and it is definitely not worth it for me or my company to go to Data Quest in the future.
