Not a reputable recruitment agency. Professional conduct towards the unemployed is nonexistent. They make the unemployed feel as if they're too lazy to do their job or simply incapable of performing it properly. I sent over 15 applications (mostly to Mr. de Camillis) and all I received was a read receipt, nothing more. What does he do all day? Twiddle his thumbs, it seems. When I followed up on an application, the excuse was always the same: I didn't see the email, or they receive so many emails every day that they can't keep track. Are you seriously? Is this what you're here for, or is Adecco just here for fun, as it seems? Don't be surprised if you get negative reviews; it's your own fault. They urgently need to hire more reputable people who actually know what they're doing and how to do their jobs. It's just constant chasing after applications. It's outrageous that people get jobs even though they can't perform them properly!

I am NOT satisfied with Adecco Uster or Winterthur for the following reasons: October 30: I contacted Adecco Uster by email, saying I would like to meet with them for a consultation. Then I received a message that they had reviewed my application and had nothing suitable for me. ONLY: They hadn't received my application yet. RESPONSE Adecco Winterthur (Person A): Sorry, you received the wrong email. October 31: So I sent my application to Adecco and received a response that they would review everything carefully and contact me. November 20: I contacted Adecco and asked about it, as I haven't received any response yet. RESPONSE Adecco Winterthur (Person B): They don't cover the job area I'm looking for, so they can't find me a suitable position. I respond and ask why I wasn't informed of this earlier and why I wasn't referred to another office. This would have allowed me to use these weeks more efficiently and with another Adecco office (which serves the job field I'm seeking). I then write to Adecco: If there is still interest in placing me, please contact the appropriate person and I will be referred to them. And if there is no interest in placement, I would like my files to be deleted. RESPONSE Adecco Winterthur (Person A): We have deleted your data. Conclusion: My current impression of Adecco Uster and Winterthur is as follows: - There is some disarray. - Customer service is not a top priority. - They don't want to refer the customer. Do I recommend Adecco Uster and Winterthur now? Of course not.

Everything is defined by price; whoever puts in the most effort gets the job. It's become a truly dumping-wage market. This is also how things are sold to the customer/company. This isn't professional. Furthermore, the way you're sold to the company as an employee is very irritating. Personal/life circumstances and details that aren't meant for the company's HR department are divulged. This has nothing to do with professional placement anymore. I'm now questioning how the staff are trained and whether the Adecco brand can continue to be trusted. The current market doesn't forgive anyone for making a mistake.
