I bought a 600-watt balcony solar power system with two 480-watt BlueSun modules in July. I'm very happy with it; with outside temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius, the yield is just over 4 kWh with a southeast orientation and a module tilt of 50 degrees. Pickup was very straightforward, and I received help with charging. I would definitely buy from SolarHub AG again.
I am very satisfied with my balcony solar system from Solarhub. The missing parts were sent free of charge and without any hassle. The customer service is outstanding in its professionalism and expertise!

This company has disappointed me greatly. I received a quote for a balcony system that I never even asked for (I had previously purchased a Deye inverter from them). After I declined the offer for a balcony system, they stopped responding to my emails! I bought the second inverter elsewhere. So be careful, this is completely unacceptable.
This company doesn't give a very professional impression! They advertised 50 solar panels on Ricardo at a price 20% higher than the same panel in their own webshop. I bought one panel through Ricardo (cash on pickup). The ad was completely removed hours later. (Apparently no longer available?!) Now Solarhub is demanding prepayment for the purchased panel. -> I canceled my order. Then I received a bad review from this company (claiming I hadn't fulfilled my purchase obligation). Simply outrageous!
