My review pertains solely to the cleaning. Mr. Hofmann responded snidely to complaints, remarking that one shouldn't be a "schoolboy" and that it only needed to be clean where it was visible. No, Mr. Hofmann, that's simply not the case. Even the top slat of the roller shutter needs cleaning, and even if you touch the window frame and get black fingers, it's not clean. And if you can't remove the limescale from the bathroom tiles, etc., and then he has the nerve to come along... well, thanks a lot, we can do without people like that. My wife certainly spends another 4-5 hours cleaning this apartment. And that has nothing to do with being fussy.
