I brought four motorcycle tanks in for powder coating. We discussed everything and agreed on a price! The agreed-upon time was one week, but it ended up being two weeks. It can happen sometimes. Everything was fine. But then came the disappointment: the paint had no shine, not a deep black, but black/gray, and more matte than glossy. One tank had a small dent when I brought it in, but nothing on the remaining three. Now all four tanks have dents and the powder coating was very poor. The gentleman was nice, but you can't really speak of quality.
