We've placed numerous orders with this personally and customer-friendly company since 1999 (e.g., a handcrafted grill, wrought iron garden fence and handrails, and a carport roof), and we've always been very satisfied. The only time something wasn't perfect from the start (no snow guards were planned for the sloped copper carport roof, causing the snow to slide onto the sidewalk in front of the house), they were promptly upgraded. We can 100% recommend Stahl & Form, and after all our consistently positive experiences with this company, I can't understand the negative reviews online!

I was traveling in my RV and showed up with a broken part of my table, which needed two slack points and two holes drilled. They immediately welcomed me warmly and helped me. Less than 20 minutes later, my table was working again. Things like this quickly show whether people are just in it for the money or genuinely wanting to help others. It's great that there are still people like that out there 💪🙏
