Complicated and bait and switch. Ordered a wooden sledge online. Get to store Guy processes my order gets my sledges and we are ready to go. But asks to wait a minute. Then tells me we ordered wrong ones. Show him picture of my order with picture of the wooden sledge. He say must a a mistake as the price I paid online is for plastic sledges not the wooden ones in the picture. He calls manager. Extremely Ill tempered very angry lady. Gets mad at me because I ordered a wooden sledge online that she says they have never a had at their store. Tells me it is the mistake of the person the company hired to develop their website. I tell them it was their mistake and they should give me the price online. She gets very angry insists it was my fault for ordering online and that I should have known the company made a mistake. She becomes very angry and tells me either take plastic sledges or go elsewhere. When I suggest I pay the difference they agree. I guess they did not want to admit to doing a bait and switch?? I am Still puzzled how difficult they made it. They should have asked that I pay the difference right away. That is how a normal bait and switch works.

Love this store, wish I would have walked in earlier during my stay in Wengen. The selection is great, lots of great color tones for women's clothing and lots of cute handbags and the perfect day pack! I wish I had more time to buy more and more room to purchase more items during my travel. I did manage to pick up a cute everyday cross body handbag that I can't find in the states. Hopefully I'll have an opportunity to come back, sooner than later.

10/10 at this shop & ski rental. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and gave us personalized recommendations to choose the perfect gear. The shop was neat, and the rental process was quick and hassle-free. They also gave us a brief talk about the best ski routes here in Wengen. On top of the amazing service, the ladies at the shop were even more exceptional. They were so sweet, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we found everything we needed. Highly recommended

I went twice, once for getting snow pole basket for my hiking sticks and the staff was very friendly and suggested what was fitting the best. And the second time i returned for fixing my boyfriend’s winter hiking spike crampons. Both times the staff was very friendly, and willing to help!
