Came off the Golden Epoch train at Zerisimmen with one hour to find lunch. We walked with our wheeled luggage four minutes from the train station and chose delicious rosti with bacon and two fried eggs. Pickled onions and cucumber for a tasty little salad. Lovely staff, delicious food, super fast service. Happy days!
We had a delicious dinner on the terrace. The servant was very friendly and the ambiance relaxed.|You can taste the pureness of the fields in the meat coming from local farms.|When the sun went down we were offered a warm blanket do we could stay outside if we liked but we were also welcome to end our meal inside.
A lovely spot with service that truly stands out — the staff are super friendly, attentive, and always greet you with a genuine smile. The place is spotless, which instantly adds to the comfort. The coffee is delicious, and the hidden terrace is a real gem, offering a peaceful view of the cable car passing by. The atmosphere is wonderfully quiet and relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a slow moment. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates great service, good coffee, and a serene setting.
The ladies serving were really good. We are a family of 4 with 2 little girls and the ladies were very welcoming, gave us advise on what to choose (food and drinks). Nice location, good prices and portions
We tried the daily pasta and got some with porcini mushroom cream. It was a bit bland but with got a lot better with a bit of salt. Overall they were very good with a lot of sauce. The ambiance was chalet like very rustic.
The food was good...but two huge problems: the size of the steak was really too small (embarassing!) and the cost of water 10 Fr for 1 bottle (..?!). For next costumers: we suggest to ask for tap water and avoid the steak.
