We dealt with Manuel, whom was very engaged, professional and helped us decide a solution that worked for us. The garage is very professional and Manuel himself has followed up after our purchase to check everything is ok. A word of advice: make sure u make an appointment to book some time with a professional. They are so busy and 'drop ins' might get the wrong impression
Rather proud of themselves and a bit in your face about it but rightly so. Provided excellent service on a purchase of a used Audi. I had to do very little, everything was done in a timely manner and thoughtfully (e.g. new owners' manuals were ordered as I could not understand the language of the originals). Also, I was recommended against an accessory with sound advice - they didn't take the additional revenue for no reason. They remain independent in the world of AMAG and one can see why.
