In September, we requested venison for four people in the quieter private room. The venison came from a local hunt. We were greeted by a beautifully set table, including a side table with warming plates. First, we were offered a beer and a complimentary aperitif. Then, the recommended wine was presented, followed by a mixed green salad with all the trimmings. We were also served complimentary water from their own spring in glass carafes. After consulting with us, the venison and side dishes were brought from the kitchen and portioned at the side table. Refills were provided as needed. The service was also world-class: very attentive, calm, and warm. There was an outdoor lounge area for smoking, and the restroom was clean and inviting. We were absolutely delighted with our visit. Many thanks to the owner, the kitchen staff, and the entire team. We would love to return.
