They charge you for damages you haven't done, even if you pay for the full insurance. Complete scam, I will never come here again. Update: - The customer service never replied to my email - The damage support team never responded to my multiple requests to provide pictures of the damage. I reconsidered the idea to open a case with my legal insurance. Sure 200 CHF franchise is not all that much money but being ripped off the way I have been it's something I cannot accept so easily. I think this company is really dishonest.
