Fränku y Chrigu fueron nuestros dos chóferes durante el viaje de 17 días por Escocia. Éramos un grupo de curlers que conocimos y conocimos a nuestros colegas escoceses en un total de 13 salas de curling diferentes. Fränku nos recomendó reservar con antelación un coche lo suficientemente grande para que tuviéramos suficiente espacio para nuestro equipaje y para nosotros, lo que resultó ser de gran ayuda. Todo el viaje, incluidas las travesías en ferry, la búsqueda de hoteles y todos los traslados, estuvo muy bien organizado. Encontramos todos los hoteles, salas de curling y otros lugares de inmediato. ¡Al menos esa fue nuestra impresión...! La forma en que ambos condujeron con seguridad y cuidado a través de las carreteras y tramos de la ruta, a veces estrechos, fue simplemente sensacional para mí. Incluso nuestros dos compañeros escoceses quedaron impresionados. Además, Fränku y Chrigu demostraron ser socios muy cooperativos y siempre estuvieron con nosotros sin descuidar sus deberes como conductores (suficiente sueño, períodos de descanso, alcohol). Se interesaron mucho por nuestras inquietudes y deseos. Siempre me sentí completamente segura y nunca tuve ninguna preocupación. Los dos organizaron muy bien la interminable carga y descarga de equipaje dentro y fuera del autocar. ¡Quedé 100% satisfecho con el servicio brindado por Fränku, Chrigu y Scheiben AG y volvería a viajar en autocar con ellos en cualquier momento! ¡Muchas gracias a ambos por el maravilloso tiempo que pudimos pasar juntos en Escocia! It's been a few days since we returned from an exciting and very enjoyable trip to Provence. This was my first time traveling with Scheiben Reisen, and I had no expectations. I simply wanted to clear my head and enjoy myself (I saw the advertisement for this trip by chance on bern-ost.ch). From the first contact to the last, I had a positive experience: - During registration, I received competent, friendly, and straightforward advice. - The program/schedule and timing (spring) of the trip were ideal. - The journey in the modern coach was very comfortable. - The driver was a very helpful and friendly person. He drove calmly and skillfully (I felt safe at all times). - The local tour guide was knowledgeable and had a great deal of expertise. He was friendly and courteous. - The hotel was fun, and the staff (all rather young people) were very welcoming and helpful. The food at the hotel was fine for me. We spent the last few days in Prague on a beer tour with Fränku and Chrigu from Scheiben Reisen and Eveline from Mein Emmental. It was truly professional and exceptionally well-organized from start to finish!
