Lamentablemente, no puedo recomendar el servicio, la atención al cliente ni la facturación. Se facturó más tiempo del justificable (tiempo de informe: 1,75 horas, tiempo facturado: 2,5 horas). Tuve que hacer preguntas de seguimiento varias veces porque no recibí respuestas claras ni oportunas. El expediente acordado no se entregó a tiempo; lo recibí después de volver a preguntar. No hubo absolutamente ningún intento de compensación con respecto a la factura. En general, una experiencia decepcionante.

We had the underground drains cleaned and subsequently decided to have the sludge trap vacuumed. Our driveway is hidden, somewhat winding, steep, and narrow. I was accordingly impressed when he reversed up to the house this morning with the giant vehicle without a hitch. And so it continued: helpful with rolling up the carpet, careful with things in the entryway (coat rack, rack, etc.), humorously meeting my curious glances, and even pulling out a cleaning rag at the end.
