It couldn't be more unprofessional. The day before, I clearly stated what I was looking for, and we arranged an appointment for the following day, as he explained he had to go to the bank to pick up the high-end watches. When he arrived the next day, he frantically and sheepishly pulled his old junk out of the counter, and I felt completely ripped off by his claim that he was "getting it from the bank." Furthermore, the merchandise didn't match my description in the slightest. To make matters worse, he asked me if I was interested in watches to which I had already clearly said no the day before. His partner then defended him, claiming he hadn't known what I was looking for, and as a second excuse, said the bank had been closed the day before, so we would have to reschedule. Very funny, I can fool myself just fine, thank you very much. If I were you, I'd close the shop; that's no way to treat customers. I've experienced this unprofessional behavior there repeatedly and will, of course, never set foot in that shop again.
