Parking is a problem!!!!! I've been a customer for over 3 years, I pay 100 CHF per year to park my car, and the permit rarely works on weekends. Then there's the big problem: when you click the assistant button, you have to wait for over 30 minutes with a queue of more than 15 cars behind you!!! Third-world service!
A very strange parking garage. Cars entering and exiting have to use the same entrance area, which often leads to traffic jams. Many drivers also have trouble getting their entry tickets. The entrance to the restaurant isn't very well signposted.
