Los problemas del router/Internet y especialmente de Homematic, que otro instalador principal no pudo resolver a pesar de numerosos intentos, se solucionaron definitivamente de la manera más directa. Y todo esto se hizo increíblemente rápido, de manera proactiva, con consejos atentos y una amabilidad discreta insuperable.
