Reservamos allí para una reunión conmemorativa con un aperitivo y cena. Fueron tacaños en todo, desde el servicio general al cliente, los modales, la empatía y la amabilidad hasta la comida y las bebidas. Decir que la comida era mediocre es quedarse corto.

Estuvimos allí con un grupo de 20 personas y pedimos un menú fijo con antelación. El servicio fue amable pero torpe. Primero, una ensalada suave. El plato principal era un filete de cerdo con verduras, pasta y una salsa de morillas decente, pero eso no redimió al restaurante. Y todo esto por cincuenta francos por persona... En la cafetería de mi empresa cuesta diez francos y no es peor. Luego vinieron los postres, el vino, el café, etc. Por cierto, el café era completamente imbebible y tenía un sabor químico cuestionable. Estuvo bien, pero en conciencia no puedo recomendarlo por ese precio.

Si tu amigo quiere ir dos veces y pide el mismo plato, ¡debe estar bueno! Eligió el Appenzeller Cordon Bleu, que sabe realmente delicioso. Comí Rösti como guarnición con mi escalope doblado y relleno. Eso no merece exactamente las mejores notas. ¡Pero la carne sí!

We went for a game dinner and had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The food was very solid and well-prepared, the portions were generous, and the value for money was truly fair. The service was friendly, attentive, and pleasantly unfussy—just the right amount of time to enjoy a relaxed evening. Added to that is the very cozy ambiance, which invites you to feel at home. Overall, a highly recommended place for good food in a relaxed atmosphere.

A lovely little restaurant, oh, I hope no one's offended, I mean, places like this are becoming extinct, but it's really cozy. Very good food with lively service that doesn't seem stressed, but is friendly – that's an art that not many people have mastered anymore. We'll definitely go again.

Through CRS Getriebetechnik (Mr. Rüegg), we found our way to the Sonne restaurant in Hittnau – a real "hit" in Hittnau – for lunch. We were served by Ms. Nauer, a very nice and friendly waitress! Chef Mr. Schneider treated us to his butcher's cutlets with vegetables. It was divine!
