La habitación estaba limpia y cumplía con mis necesidades. La verdad es que el hotel, en general, estaba muy limpio. Teniendo en cuenta que está ubicado fuera de Zurich, el tren está convenientemente ubicado y es fácil de navegar. ¡El servicio fue impecable! Cada miembro del personal con el que me encontré fue atento y amable. Me sugirieron lugares ideales para visitar durante mi estancia. Incluso se aseguraron de que tuviera instrucciones detalladas para llegar a cada ubicación. Lamentablemente tuve un desastre con mi equipaje. El personal fue empático e hizo todo lo posible para apoyarme en mis desafíos. Aprecié mucho su amabilidad y disposición para asegurarse de que estuviera cómodo. ¡Definitivamente me quedaría allí de nuevo!
En primer lugar, tengo que decir que el servicio de limpieza fue excelente. Hicieron que nuestra habitación estuviera muy ordenada incluso a las 9:00 am. Un hotel muy limpio y muy rentable. El desayuno también estaba bastante bien, un buffet libre con frutas muy frescas. El hotel estaba muy cerca de la estación de tren de Rapperswil (a 40 minutos del aeropuerto de Zurich).
El hotel es moderno y elegante. La habitación está limpia y es cómoda. El personal es muy amable y servicial. La zona de desayuno es muy acogedora y la calidad de la comida es buena.
Being a Bonvoy member I wisely chose the Moxy in Rapperwil. It was a great price for a mid-week, peaceful stay and from the point of entering we felt rested and welcomed. Jenna at the front desk was wonderful and had made sure personalize our room on the 6th floor with my name on the mirror and a beautifully written welcome card from the staff. The gym was wonderful and so was the outside terrace. The bedding was comfortable and the room size one of the largest Moxy rooms I have stayed in. As one knows, the lobby also serves as a bar and it was none other than the fun staff member Rafael who continued to make us the best gin tonics made with 47 Monkeys as we played several games of chess. We will absolutely stay here again and loved the view, the rest and kindness of this special property.
Nice location, but I found the hotel a bit sketchy. While it looks nice, for a regular to the Marriott branding, this hotel falls short. 1) the beds are most definitely not Marriott branded beds. They're much more thin, unsupportive, and firm (Not something I can say about other Moxy hotels I've stayed at). 2) The parking is very small and quite expensive when you compare to cheaper parking rates in Zurich. The hotel is pretty, and the rooms are well laid out and clean. The balcony on the top floor has a great view. This hotel missed the mark for regular customer service and satisfaction during my stay. However location and the physical hotel are 5/5.
The hotel is located approx 10 to 15mins walk from Rapperswil-Jona Station. There is a local bus you can take to the hotel but as we arrived late in the evening we walked which can be a little tiring if handled with luggage. Overall, the …
