Sinceramente, el personal del restaurante Blausee nos alegró la noche. Acabamos de cenar allí hoy. Nuestro plan inicial era visitar el Lago Blausee (que encontramos por casualidad) pero debido al repentino aguacero hicimos una parada en el Restaurante Blausee sin reserva. No entendimos todos sus nombres, pero solo podemos hacer nuestro mejor esfuerzo para describirlos y darles todo el crédito que corresponde. El primer personal amablemente nos dejó entrar por una entrada lateral porque acababa de torcerme el tobillo, no podía caminar mucho y estaba empapado por la lluvia. Fue muy paciente, brindó un excelente servicio al cliente y dio excelentes recomendaciones. También fue muy amable con nuestro perro y muy complaciente con nosotros. El segundo personal fue muy atento al permitirnos pasar del comedor al aire libre al interior, ya que nuestro perro tenía frío y tenía miedo del aguacero torrencial. Más tarde, al final de la cena, ella amablemente nos llevó en el vehículo hasta la entrada, ya que mi esguince de tobillo empeoró exponencialmente durante la cena. El personal de la recepción vio que estaba cojeando y me revisó, e hizo un esfuerzo adicional para verificar si había vendajes disponibles para ayudar (habíamos estado conduciendo durante horas buscando farmacias, pero todo estaba cerrado). No hace falta decir que me sentí muy agradecido (y casi lloré) por este acto de bondad. Su personal en el bar de azul también me revisó, ¡fue muy atento! Gracias a todos en el Restaurante Blausee y en el Hotel Blausee por alegrarnos el día. Fue una pena haberme lastimado mientras estaba de vacaciones. Gracias por mostrar todos los pequeños actos de bondad y adaptación para que las cosas se sientan mucho mejor 🥹 Por último, pero no menos importante, la comida fue excelente, aún mejor gracias al increíble servicio brindado por todos en el Hotel Blausee y el Restaurante Blausee. Fantastic meal. Lucky enough to visit as a guest on a lifetime event celebration (one in a group of ten). Everyone was very happy with their starter and main. Whole trout recommended. (Special cake was desert). From arriving and having drinks overlooking the lake to dinner in the restaurant, service throughout was excellent.
Staying at the hotel we felt we had to try the restaurant. unfortunately our experience led us to do this only once and find any other option rather than to try this again. First the food is heavily overpriced then it is very small portions and when a remark or comment is brought forward by a customer the staff feels its responsibility to lecture the customer on how they are mistaken. The decor is very cold and grey. so not a recommendation
My family and I stayed here for 3 days and nights. The staff were very friendly and the hospitality was great! A great place to simply relax. The food was too good. The only downside was that there was no lift. We had an 8-month old baby and carried her up to the 2nd floor each time and also any luggage we wanted to take to the room. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay. The outdoor jacuzzi was just amazing. Altogether, we simply had a relaxing and enjoyable time at Blausee. We look forward to going there again (and again!) :)
