Tuve una gran experiencia trabajando con Elina para mi seguro médico suizo. Como persona internacional, el sistema era bastante confuso, pero Elina explicó todo muy claro y fácil de entender. Se tomó el tiempo de analizar mi caso específico y me dio el mejor consejo posible para mi situación. Lo que más aprecié fue su honestidad y cómo respetó mis decisiones y nunca me presionó para agregar paquetes adicionales que no necesitaba. ¡Muy recomendable por su enfoque profesional y honesto!
Elina me invitó a venir a hablar con ella sobre el seguro complementario, así que me tomé un tiempo para visitar su oficina porque en el 2025 no ofrecen reuniones remotas. Luego me dijo que mi IMC es demasiado alto inmediatamente después de conocerme. Luego intentó venderme un seguro de viaje. ¿Por qué no preguntar antes de pedirme que venga aquí? Una hora y 6 CHF en comisiones de SBB desperdiciadas. Entonces tampoco le compraré un seguro de viaje y me cambiaré de CSS tan pronto como pueda. Una estrella porque sucedió en inglés.

Unfortunately, I've had very negative experiences with CSS Health Insurance in Kloten over the past few days. I've been trying to contact them by phone for three days now. I've been repeatedly assured that I would receive a call back – but this hasn't happened yet. Lately, I've noticed that processing claims has become increasingly complicated. Many services aren't covered, and the processing times are very long. Therefore, I advise you to consider these points before switching to CSS Health Insurance or contacting them.
Elina Borger is a very nice lady. She's very natural, helpful, and relaxed. We felt very comfortable and that our concerns were taken seriously. Thank you so much for your genuine and kind manner.
