The real estate agency informed us just half an hour before the viewing appointment that the building was subject to agricultural land rights. This important information should have been communicated much earlier, as it was crucial to the purchase decision. It was particularly frustrating that we had to drop our children off at daycare specifically so we could attend the appointment. Communication at such short notice appears unprofessional and leaves a bad impression. Interested parties should be prepared for relevant details to be revealed very late.
