Martin Hubacher's Johanniterkeller is one of those must-know addresses. The winery is one of the best references in the Three Lakes region (Lake Biel, Neuchâtel, Vully) and ensures high quality year after year. This is precisely the reason why the Johanniterkeller is where it is today (and always has been). Whether the year is great, excellent, good, or okay, the quality standards remain the same, because winemaker Hubacher doesn't do things by halves.
