Recientemente decidí comprarme una nueva bicicleta de gravel y reservé una cita. Recibí una excelente consulta que me explicó la diferencia entre los distintos sistemas de cambio, logré probar diferentes bicicletas y tamaños, hice un pedido y recogí la bicicleta 2 semanas después. ¡Ya hemos recorrido 1500 km! :)

El equipo es extremadamente amable y servicial y el proceso general, desde la reserva de una consulta hasta el momento de la recogida, está muy bien detallado a través de correos electrónicos automatizados y correos electrónicos personales del personal que siempre está disponible de manera oportuna para cambios y adiciones. Compré una bicicleta de gravel allí recientemente y me siento en buenas manos dada la proximidad de la tienda y la posibilidad de obtener ayuda fácilmente. ¡Y siempre hay un viaje maravilloso desde y hacia incluido! ¡Gran servicio y gran gente! ¡Todos son súper amigables y están listos para ayudar en un instante! El servicio está altamente orientado al cliente y supera cualquier expectativa. Los Testrides son posibles, incluso hasta el punto de que puedes tomar prestada una bicicleta durante varios días para un recorrido más largo (incluso recomiendan un Tour más largo antes de comprometerte a comprar). Para mí, como principiante total, ese fue todo el servicio y la ayuda que necesitaba para elegir la bicicleta perfecta para mí. El servicio también incluye pedir la bicicleta, montarla y adaptarla a tus necesidades (todo sin ningún coste adicional) y si queda alguna pregunta, ¡todos estarán encantados de ayudarte! Para mí fue una gran experiencia y definitivamente puedo recomendar Rose Bikes Meilen a cualquiera que busque una bicicleta nueva. Si estás buscando algo de ropa o equipo adicional, te recomiendo que visites la tienda también, ¡ya que también tienen una buena variedad de equipo! Had a bike from a well known German internet bike brand before. Bike got stolen and discovered Rose in Meilen. Really nice store and staff was helpful at all times. Every bike on display can be tried out on the spot. Just be aware that due to various factors delivery times can be long and bike assembly times are measured in weeks. I ended up taking one of their bikes for an offered test-weekend, which helped me a lot with my buying decision. I am now owner of a great Reveal+. Assembled it myself and helpful staff was friendly to check if I had done everything correct. I now highly value the possibility of a local store vs a pure internet show. Will not be my last bike from Rose.

I recently purchased a new gravel bike and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The bike was delivered to me earlier than expected, which was a great surprise. The bike itself is fantastic and makes riding an absolute joy. It's been the best riding experience I've ever had and I owe it all to the amazing service and attention to detail provided by Sebastian Wyler. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I cannot recommend this bike and Sebastian's customer service enough! I needed to by a race bike for my daughter. Went for a first test ride, decided on a bike. The waiting time to receive the bike was a long time but not a problem for us. Then the bike color was no longer available. I was given the option of another color. Then that bike became un-available and we discussed other options by email and phone. Then I made a decision and about a month or so later we went to pick it up. Also we needed to get a different size handle bar - and that was taken care of and mounted at pick up. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Sebastian was great from start to finish.
