No creas los horarios de apertura publicados. Un sábado, 25 minutos antes del cierre ya estaban rechazando a la gente. Faltaban 10 minutos y no había cola, pero aun así rechazaron a la gente. El sitio web debe actualizarse si la fuerza laboral cumple con un horario diferente.
Siempre amable y extremadamente servicial, ya sea ayudando con material voluminoso o asegurándose de que el material que traen las personas termine de manera segura en el lugar correcto. El servicio al cliente es tan excelente que creo que se podría enseñar a muchas tiendas algo sobre cómo tratar con los clientes.

It's a really convenient recycling place. Easy access, easy parking. The staff is always helpful and will lend a hand if you have something heavy or bulky. It would be nice if it was open a little longer on Saturdays, but otherwise it's fine.
Generally Schneider provides a great service. My one complaint is the opening hours, which are not very convenient for a household of employed people. Since they close at 5pm I can never go during the week, and have to do all the recycling at the weekend.
The place is clean, easy to access and the staff is very nice, especially Jovan (hope I am spelling it right). In addition to speak English, he is always very helpful and smiling!
