¡Una de las mejores experiencias de servicio que he tenido en los últimos años! Pedí el Müllex x-Line X55 a través de un revendedor y no me di cuenta de que algunas piezas no encajaban en mi cocina. El equipo de A. & J. Stöckli AG no sólo respondió muy rápido y amablemente, sino que además reemplazó la pieza que no encajaba ¡gratis! Qué impresionante dedicación a la atención al cliente.
Intenté encargar una tapa para el contenedor biológico (BOXX 55/60-R Bio) para un amigo en Suiza. Estoy basado en el Reino Unido. Andreas, del servicio de atención al cliente, no sólo respondió rápidamente a mi solicitud, sino que también se encargó del suministro y entrega de la tapa de forma gratuita. ¡Eso es lo que yo llamo un gran servicio!
El interruptor principal de nuestra parrilla de mesa (modelo 0028) resultó dañado durante el transporte. Me comuniqué con ellos vía WhatsApp: "¿Podrían enviarme un interruptor de repuesto y cuánto costaría?" La respuesta llegó al cabo de unos minutos: "Buenas tardes, señor Kilchenmann, Lamentamos que estés experimentando problemas con el interruptor y te enviaremos un reemplazo sin cargo. Que tengas un buen día. Saludos cordiales, A+J Stöckli AG, Andrea Marti." ¿No es ese un servicio fantástico? Esto simplemente lo demuestra: compre productos suizos, ¡nos ayuda a todos!
We bought the PizzaGrill four4 set four years ago and use it a lot, as we prepare raclette, pizza, and table grill all year round. We are extremely satisfied with the product. Unfortunately, one of the switches for the bottom heating element has now broken because the small plastic clips snapped. Just like the product, the service is excellent! I contacted them via WhatsApp with a photo of the broken switch, received a reply the very next day, and three business days later the replacement part (free of charge!) was in my mailbox. Thank you so much! -> Installed it and it's working again... P.S.: If you were to equip the four4 units with two rotary knobs (like the new 4, 6, and 8 models), I would place an order immediately ;-)
We bought the Stöckli for8 raclette/pizza grill about two years ago. What can I say? We're thrilled! We've never had such a good grill before. I highly recommend this product! Beautiful design, good heat, great coating, etc. Truly top-notch!
