Three employees are chatting in Albanian in front of the grocery counter; apparently, there's not enough work. They don't acknowledge me or even greet me. I received friendly service at the checkout. As I left, the others were still chatting. If the store were called "Lebensmittel Tirana" instead of a Migros partner, the experience would be more predictable.

It was generally good, but I got pretty annoyed when I unpacked it at home—albeit entirely my own fault. So, I wanted to buy cranberry jam because I was planning to cook venison. After looking through pretty much everything on the shelf, I grabbed the only product with cranberries. Then at home, I saw it was cranberry jelly?! Who on earth decided it was jelly when it wasn't regular jam?! That person has absolutely no clue. Pretty much every cuisine in northern Europe has several dishes that call for cranberry jam, not jelly! Sure, I should have read more carefully, but whoever decides this is clearly just a consumer of convenience foods.

I'm a regular customer here and love it! Exceptionally friendly, with a family atmosphere, and always willing to order items that aren't in stock. A highly motivated team with an exceptionally friendly owner/deputy. During the pandemic, the staff did the shopping for customers and organized deliveries. The only downside: I'm not always completely satisfied with the fruits and vegetables, as sometimes something isn't quite fresh. But it's always replaced without hesitation. I'm so glad we have such a great store here with such a wide selection, including non-Migros products. And if you're looking for a fantastic wine: ask for the Charriere wines!
