Una empresa repugnante envió todos mis libros por separado y se perdió 3 semanas de aprendizaje escolar porque no pueden hacer bien su trabajo.

Prefiero dar cero estrellas; Incluso una estrella es demasiado para este pésimo servicio. El servicio de atención al cliente deja mucho que desear. Fueron necesarios cuatro intentos (o mejor dicho, cuatro entregas) antes de que los libros pedidos finalmente llegaran correctamente. Esta empresa es claramente incapaz de embalar los libros correcta y completamente según el pedido. ¡Incomprensible y exasperante!

Todavía no hemos recibido los libros de texto para nuestra hija, que pedimos online el 1 de agosto de 2024 (¡¡¡mañana comienza la escuela vocacional !!!!). Dijeron que si pides los libros antes del 5 de agosto, se entregarán a tiempo. ¡No se responden los correos electrónicos ni las llamadas telefónicas! ¡Siempre es sólo el contestador automático! ¡¡Simplemente me quedo sin palabras!! ¡¡Me quedo sin palabras!! ¡Es increíble que les permitan llamarse a sí mismos un servicio educativo! ¡¡¡Tienen personal sin educación y no calificado!!! Y dependemos de ellos, ya que los libros no se consiguen en ningún otro lugar… ¡Escandaloso! ¡Mi hija tiene que empezar la escuela mañana sin libros de texto! ¡Ojalá los profesores le crean cuando dice que la culpa es del servicio educativo!

I would like to share a different experience than everyone else here. However, it seems to me that this group of people has come together who don't understand what they're doing. Like many others here, I ordered the books at the end of July. Perhaps I was being optimistic, had I not been assured that all orders placed before August 3rd would arrive in time for the start of school on August 12th. On August 20th, a package was at my door, but unfortunately, it wasn't complete. The delivery note had a sticker on it saying "Missing titles will be delivered later." No one seems to know when they will arrive. Let's see how far we can get at the school without the necessary books. After countless unanswered calls and emails that apparently aren't being processed, I guess all that's left for me to do is go to church on Sundays and pray. The expertise of several employees here would probably be better placed at the church, where they don't differentiate between August and December anyway.

I ordered my learning materials for the upcoming school year about a month ago. Last week, I tried to contact them by phone over 20 times, but unfortunately, no one ever answered, and they were too good to call me back. Instead, they were able to leave work 20 minutes early... I don't think I even need to try contacting them by email, as I'm sure I won't get a response. I've had problems with this incompetent company every year during my apprenticeship and now again during my vocational baccalaureate. It's not like I'm the only one with these problems; in fact, I don't know anyone who hasn't had problems receiving their learning materials. And when the materials finally arrived, they were never complete; something was always missing. It's a miracle this place hasn't gone bankrupt yet.

What a rip-off company, and targeting students/schoolchildren, no less! They supposedly send things even though they didn't. I send them back, and they supposedly only receive half... in one package... Endless emails, phone calls, but all to no avail... Strangely enough, I'm not the only one. They should really clean up their office. 😝👎 I even offered a compromise! Simply a pathetic company.
